Almost done: internal fit-out 95% completed, internal defect process underway
With the internal fit-out nearly 95% complete, our internal defect process is now in progress. The management team and the selling agent representative are conducting defect inspections on completed apartments. Subsequently, we will proceed with the subdivision process to obtain new individual titles.

Today, we are in the process of pouring the concrete for Level 7, which corresponds to the 9 th storey. This milestone officially positions us as taller than our neighboring building. We have just two more levels to construct.

Today, at 7am, a fleet of concrete mixers gathered to commence the first pour for the apartment level (level 3), which is located on the fifth storey. By midday the southern section of the contract pouring process was successfully completed.
